The Office of the President amplifies the President's impact by ensuring that the President's priorities are appropriately communicated and advanced, engaging with University stakeholders on behalf of the President, and ensuring that the President's home and office are appropriately operated in service to Brown.

    Under the direction of the Director of Presidential Communications, Anton Derevyanko supports the President’s written and spoken communications as well as events hosted by the Office of the President.

    Director of the President's House for Event Planning and Operations

    Dionne Gomez manages all aspects of the President’s House, including operations, maintenance and events.

  • Annette Gonzalez

    Executive Assistant to the President and Office Manager

    Annette Gonzalez provides the President with comprehensive administrative support, and manages Office billing, expenses, facilities and IT requests.

     

  • Jennifer Bogdan Jones

    Director of Presidential Communications

    Jenn Bogdan Jones strategically leads all aspects of the President’s written and spoken communications. She also coordinates with internal and external partners to support all aspects the President’s participation in events, and manages the Ogden Lecture on International Affairs.

    Sydney Menzin provides strategic project management for special initiatives that advance the President’s goals; and coordinates undergraduate, graduate, and medical student engagement with the Office of the President.

  • Dacia Read

    Chief of Staff to the President

    Dacia Read leads the Office of the President. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, Dacia convenes and coordinates across the Cabinet and Senior Team to advance the President’s strategic priorities; and advises the President on risks and opportunities to amplify her impact on behalf of Brown.

    Pam Woodward strategically leads and staffs all Presidential Advancement activities, serving as thought partner and primary liaison between Advancement and the Office of the President.
